CAMPUS

IELC CAMPUS LIFE

At Indus International Primary School (IIPS) children develop into curious, enthusiastic and lifelong learners in a child-friendly environment.

Here we provide a balance between education and fun, with abundant facilities for children to experience themselves as the creators of their own world. We create a stimulating and positive environment with the right resources and teachers who enjoy and are committed to their work.

Our faculties are passionate, energetic and motivated about facilitating each child's unfolding of her unique qualities so that they will emerge as 'Leaders of Tomorrow' – prepared for all challenges. Our curriculum is play-based and nature oriented so that children experience learning and work as enjoyable and interesting. Community service is an important component of our curriculum that sets us apart from other preschool learning centres.

THE PARENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE (PAC)

Indus follows an open-door communication policy with parents as we believe that they are our partners in their child's education. This partnership is unique in the sense that it creates a nurturing environment for the students, where we ensure that the best possible decisions are taken with a common goal in mind – to educate our students with the right skills to succeed in life. In view of this, we value parental feedback which helps us rectify, reinvent, and raise our benchmark of success on a continuous basis. To facilitate this, we have the Parental Advisory Committee (PAC). It was formed to give parents a platform to share any feedback they might have on any aspect of school life. The PAC is of the parents, the parents, and the students. The PAC is led by a Chairperson and Co-Chairperson who are ably supported by their team, which oversees curriculum, co-curricular, communication, sports, boarding, and facilities areas. Further, there are grade-wise Groups created by the PAC for parents to interact and discuss with each other, matters pertinent to school and their child's grade-specific concerns. Each group is moderated by a parent. This unique approach to education is what makes Indus International School one of the best pre-schools in the country.
